Future of New Directions
Ok so we all know that the last episode of Glee will jump ahead several years into the future and we'll get to see what everyone's lives are like. But I have little hope that Glee will give certain characters proper and appropriate futures. So, here's my wishes, hopes, and dreams for everyone (that probably won't happen) but here's to dreaming
Brittana:
Brittany - her and Santana move to New York, she transfers from MIT to NYU, graduates with a business degree, opens up dance studio which reaches big success due to her knowing how to run a business and because she's got them killer dance moves. Also Fondue For Two becomes a daily nightly talk show (in which Santana frequently appears on the show)
Santana - While Brittany is in MIT, Santana goes to SAE Institute in NYC (tutition partially paid for by her abuela), Santana graduates a semester or two after Brittany with a music business degree, she starts her own record label and within the next 7 years her and Brittany work hand-in-hand with each other building up their businesses and taking over the music industry. Santana producing artist's albums and Brittany choreographing their music videos and live performances.
Brittany and Santana end up having two kids (Santana carries the first baby, Brittany carries the second). After seeing how well they work together and how much they love each other, Santana's abuela fully 100% accepts Santana and who she is.
Klaine:
Kurt - Kurt graduates from NYADA at the top of his class. Upon graduation he makes it big on Broadway starring in several shows, winning 4 Tony's, ends up hosting the Tony Awards two years in a row, and scores his own Vogue fashion line working with Isabelle Wright (Sarah Jessica Parker's character). He pretty much becomes the next Neil Patrick Harris. And yes, he's still married to Blaine
Blaine - Blaine doesn't go back to college, instead he goes the music route and becomes a recording artist. Blaine's first album is a success that is followed by a sold out world tour. His second album doesn't do as well as the first but is still considered successful. By the time his 3rd album is released he's not considered the star he was. the album fails and he gets cut from his recording label. He decides to take a break for a bit and figure out what to do now.
Klaine's relationship is constantly badgered by the media because they're constantly apart from each other doing their own things, and because Kurt's career is much more successful than Blaine's. But nonetheless they stayed married despite the negativism. They don't have any kids due to their busy schedules and inability to agree on things.
Tike:
Tina - graduates from Brown University #1 in her class, becomes a lawyer because of how much she loves to argue. She starts her own law firm in Chicago (where Mike happens to be living). After a couple months she has a chance run-in with Mike Chang, they start dating, but after a year or two they realize that they're better off as just friends. Tina still gets nightmares of all the solos she didn't get in glee club
Mike - After graduating from Joffrey Ballet school he starts his own dance school for underprivileged kids in Chicago. He dates Tina for a bit wants to be just friends with him. After a few years he ends up marrying a fellow dancer her knows from working with several times. And they have cute lil dancing babies
Tina and Mike were a nice couple but just didn't work out with each other long term. It was a mutual break up
Samcedes:
Mercedes - Mercedes continued on with her solo career and had 3 successful albums and 3 tours. After her contract expired with her label, she wanted more success so she moved to NY and signed with Santana's record label. After signing with Santana, Mercedes ends up winning her first 3 Grammy's (Santana wins one also for Producer of the Year. Brittany wins several VMA's for choreographing all of Mercedes's music videos). It's pretty much a Troubletones reunion (Sugar pops in from time to time). Mercedes also marries Sam after dating him again for 4.5 years. And yes, she waits till they're married to have sex.
Sam - Because of his looks and his wickedly good body, Sam becomes a personal trainer at a fairly popular gym in LA. After moving to New York with Mercedes he becomes a personal trainer for celebrities and high paying clients because of the connections Mercedes and Santana have. It killed him to wait till marriage to have sex with Mercedes, but he held out and knows it was well worth it. He also happens to be Mercedes's biggest fan and supports everything she does.
Artie:
Artie - After 4 years Artie graduates from film school in Brooklyn. After make several short films and independent projects during the next few years, he gets an opportunity to make it big, so he moves out to LA, successfully directs a hugely produced film, gets nominated for an Oscar for Best Director, loses the Oscar to Joss Whedon, but nonetheless continues on in the Hollywood movie business and makes dozens of more successful films. Artie ends up bagging a hot wife who happens to be a big time producer for Fox. Artie makes a movie loosely based on his time in glee club and it becomes a commercial success spawning 3 sequels, a spin-off, a broadway show, and basically millions of dollars being made.
Quick:
Quinn - Graduates from Yale while successfully maintaining her relationship with Puck. After graduation she starts working for a program that helps teen moms/girls who weren't ready to be a parent, get back on their feet. After working things out with Shelby, she doesn't get custody of Beth but she visits her all the time and is able to tell Beth that she's her birth mom. Quinn and Puck decided to have another baby together but this time the time is right.
Puck - The Air Force was the one place where Puck was able to greatly excel without having to second guess himself and without feeling like he doesn't belong there. Puck becomes one of best fighter pilots the Air Force has. Him and Quinn are apart often but between the two of them they're able to make their relationship and family work out.
When their son turns 5, Puck decides to leave the air force and focus on his family. He becomes the coach of his son's football team. Quinn and Shelby allow Beth to get into theatre and have her take singing lessons hoping she follows in their footsteps.
Rachel:
Rachel - Rachel goes back to Broadway, stars in a successful show for 3 years, lands another show after that but it's nowhere as successful as her pervious show, she considers herself a failure, she ends of having a one stand with some random guy, has a baby and is now single. She then goes back to Lima and takes over the Glee club because once again something happen to it and it needs saving. Rachel becomes known as a Lima Loser for failing on broadway and being a single mother from a one night stand.
Sugar:
Sugar - Because of her ability to time travel no one really knows what she does with her time except for the fact that she just randomly shows up at random events such as weddings, baby showers, birthdays, and Mercedes's dance rehearsals.
I'm not doing the season 6 newbies because I don't know enough about them to predict their future and I don't care enough about the season 4 newbies to write about them. so yeah that's that
