A comment on the merch experience at the LS Dunes show last night: I queued up for the merch stall and it was super slow because there was only one guy selling stuff. I wanted one of Kayleigh G's little ghost paintings, but though they were laid out on the table you couldn’t buy them because the merch guy wasn't selling her stuff, only Dunes', and by the time I got to the head of the queue the Dunes hoodie I wanted was sold out in all sizes except XS and XL too.
I could have gone back to see KG and buy a painting after her set, but that would have meant giving up my spot for Dunes, and at the end of the show the merch queue was out the door again, so I ended up with nothing.
I guess my advice is, if you want merch, go as early as you can.
