My reasons?

Henry was the one that cuase the fire in fnaf simulator

Michael was most likely the guard in fnaf 3 so he most likely cause that fire

Woke: Henry is Glamrock Freddy, and decided to take William down for the rest of the Afton’s sake, and because Micheal’s suffered too much already

BESPOKE: THEY BOTH COPILOT GLAMFRED BUT GLAMFRED IS ALSO SENTIENT, SO IT’S JUST HENRY AND MICHEAL TELLING GLAMFRED WHAT TO DO HALF THE TIME

While I am 100% behind the idea that Gregory in Security Breach is Evan, whether metaphorical or reincarnated, or a robot (this one is actually what I lean towards), I don’t believe Michael is in Glamrock Freddy.

Why?

Well, the first thing that bugs me about the GlamMike theory is that Michael Afton has never been associated with Freddy. Ever. Michael has always been associated with Foxy. Coincidentally, Foxy is one of the animatronics that are conveniently missing from the line-up in this game. And, I think that’s on purpose. Like Bonnie (who’s always been associated with William), Foxy being missing seems to be the game’s way of telling us that Michael has yet to make his appearance.

Well, where is he then?

I personally believe that Mike is currently lurking around the Pizzaplex, aiding Gregory through his Fazwatch and frustrating therapists (for some reason, but more on that later)

While in Parts and Services with Vanessa, Freddy explains that his voice is the default setting for the watches. This immediately puts every interaction through the watch into consideration. While some are most certainly Freddy himself, others... not so much. Specifically, the interactions with the watch when you (as Gregory) are instructed on how to take out the other 3 animatronics for their parts. Freddy has no clue that the parts you used to upgrade him came from his friends (at least, not at first), so he could not have been the one advising you.

If not him, then who? In my belief, it’s Michael. Michael who is lurking around the pizzaplex and “living in shadows”, like he’s done before. Working behind the scenes, relatively faceless and hidden. The biggest hint towards this is the Sister Location room. William couldn’t have put the room together, even if taking control of Vanny to do so, since he did not experience those nights. Michael did.

But how? Michael is dead after FNAF 6!

I don’t believe he is. There’s too many things that point to this not being the case. These include:

The playtester in FNAF VR named Jeremy Fitzgerald. This name cannot be a coincidence, nor do I believe there ever was a true Jeremy Fitzgerald. I believe it was an alias the first time, and once again, an alias this time. If Jeremy was the Bite of ‘87 Victim, the fact that he (Michael) is a living corpse would explain how he would survive without his entire frontal lobe. This also fits in with my idea that Michael is Client 46 (again, more on that later). Both Vanessa and Client 46 are in therapy. The reason could be because of the mental damages of the VR game.

The gravestones in the Lorekeeper ending of FNAF 6. Someone had to put them there and I believe it was Michael. Whether he was never the protagonist of FNAF 6, or if the Lorekeeper ending gave him a reason to escape the fire, either way, Michael doesn’t die in the fire. He won’t die. 

“And to you, my brave volunteer, who somehow found this job listing not intended for you” This line bothers me. If not Michael, who else could the job listing have been intended for? The FNAF 6 protagonist couldn’t have been Michael with a line like that. It feels wrong. After everything that he’s been through, that Henry knows he’s been through, he doesn’t even get an acknowledgement.

These points all lead me to believe that Michael either wasn’t the FNAF 6 protagonist or survived the fire and went on to, once again, take up the alias of Jeremy Fitzgerald and playtest the VR game before becoming a secret lurker in the pizzaplex with the express purpose of taking his father down once again.

But if Michael isn’t Freddy, then who is?

Well, while Michael isn’t Glamrock Freddy, there is plenty of evidence pointing to him being possessed by someone. And I believe that someone is none other than Henry Emily. Henry Emily who, in life, felt like he failed to protect his daughter, and likely the other children (including Evan). He too deserves a chance to redeem himself in his own eyes by protecting Gregory. Henry is also associated with Freddy (Fredbear being his, the face of Fazbear Entertainment being Freddy, etc.) unlike Mike, and is the one character who is confirmed to be associated with fire. While it was never stated if Michael was the FNAF 3 Guard (which I believe he was), or if he even started the fire (which I believe he didn’t -- I actually believe Henry did, with the newspaper being what Michael sees), Henry is 100% confirmed to have started a fire, that being FNAF 6′s fire at the end. So, with one character canonically confirmed to be associated with both Freddy and fire, it’s safe to assume that he, Henry, is the fire-starting Glamrock Freddy, not Michael.
