No one gives me the evil eye that says, âYouâd better write or else.â  Yeah, obviously Iâm alone at the helm of this, I am my own Miranda Priestly â the ideas, struggle, discipline and decision-making.  I have to push me.
Blink.đ
Since I started my blog, I tried to make every morning of Fridays and Saturdays as my blogging time. Â This includes not just writing an article but also randomly jotting down ideas for next blog post, uploading pictures, creating site menu, researching, and all activities that I practiced to enhance my website.
Learning one step at a time through self-study. :)
The feeling can be so high and exciting whenever I discovered new useful plugins, moreover when I finally published a new blog post.
Happiness, it is.  Simply fulfilling.  Finally⊠Itâs out there now! đ
But you canât expect that the flow of ideas will go on smoothly and end up with flying colors. Â The word âeasyâ is never applicable. Â One way or another, creativity slows down.
Writing block happens.
I have wanted to write about this certain topic but then the interesting ideas peter out on my mind.  â What is wrong with me now?  Have I lost my inspiration?  âŠ.kindaâ frustrated maybe.Â
Convinced myself not to procrastinate, I closed my eyes and think for a moment there.  Well, I do much of my writing at home, then I thought why not change my  location.  + The sweetness of the âdouble chocolate cookie mocha frostinoâ is really tempting.
After 5 mins, I see myself already inside the nearby Costa Coffee. Â Order came. Â This must be good. :)
Maybe it is not the ideal match for the sweet frostino, well I donât mind, it quickly befriended my taste buds.  đŽTomato & Basil Penne PastaÂ
I finished my pasta then set the momentum of writing.  Pretty cool, Iâm getting there.
The change of the environment helps, itâs actually working. Â The previous draft was sloppy, never perfect but I keep on and embraced my inner critic. Â I welcome better ideas my tossing some and re-write. Â Trying at best to reconnect on what makes me do what I do. Â Recommitting to my craft it is.
In slow and continuous flow, ideas realized, eventually written. Â It feels good that I conquered that lazy demon.
Lesson learned? Â You canât just wait around for inspiration to be motivated. Â Stop waiting. Instead, chase inspiration and act on. đ
Itâs never a search for perfection, itâs only a search for finding the most effective way to say what you want to say. đĄ
