While I haven't been actively engaging in the fandom for long, I've been watching TDP for about 3 or 4 years now. TDP is the first show where I've really felt represented onscreen, as a trans guy who is *possibly* autistic.

It's the first show where I've engaged with the fandom and actually worked with people directly, specifically cowriting fanfics with @a-very-sparkly-nerd. It's the first (and so far, only) piece of media I've written fanfic for. It's the only fandom where I feel like I actively contribute through my writing and rambling. It's the only fandom where I've participated in and helped run a fandom event (@sorvus-week-2024) and I actually recognize the people in the tags!

I love this show so, so, so much. The day season six came out, I sprinted out of marching band practice the second it was over just so I could get home and binge the whole season.

Tomorrow, once the school day ends, a few of my friends and I are going to binge the whole season at my house (as we snack on OFFICIAL FOODS!) and I couldn't be more excited.

TDP has been with me for a crucial period of my life (preteens to mid-teens,) and I don't think I'll ever let it go. I'm certainly not ready to do so tomorrow.

@netflix, myself and so many others get so much joy from this show. we beg of you, listen to the showrunners, listen to us. Give us the saga, greenlight arc 3!! PLEASE!

I love this show, and this fandom, SO MUCH.
