Palate: Dry fruity notes and hints of floral aromas. Light sweetness in taste. Gentle burn in end of taste. Bison grass gives good kick in taste and it is quite noticeable in gin taste. For me, i loved Bison Dry Gin Martini. Dry Vermouth blooms gin aromas and drink is just super! For digestiff sip this is great too. In Negroni taste is quite dry, select sweeter red vermouth with this gin.
