Here they are holding a mineral-rich Ginkgo biloba nut, which is used in various Asian cuisines, and used as a warming food for people with breathing problems. HOWEVER, it can also be toxic if adults eat more than 10 per day, whether cooked or fresh. Do you use this part of the plant (it's actually not a nut or fruit, but a gametophyte)? Please tell me how!
