When I was a child I was warned of the days I'd gain the 'family flaws': Eye bags being one of them 👁 I was shown how to correctly wash my face to lessen the effect. I spent a lot of time after that judging my own reflection when beforehand I'd never given it a second thought. Now that I'm older, I kinda like them. They're a sign of age, a reminder of what's to come, but also of what I still have in this present moment. I understand why the advice was given to me so long ago.
