patiently waiting for nursing school to start. in the meantime, i am getting a head start on learning dosage calculations/memorizing liquid/weight conversions..
I’ve been pretty busy these past few weeks. Nursing school hit me like a storm but it’s honestly really fun and I’m surrounded by kind peers. It’s already week 3 of the semester!! I’m just so excited and I’m already day dreaming about the pinning ceremony haha. I went to IKEA and got new bedding and these cute picture frames! My room feels really cozy during this chilly winter season 🌠
Don’t get me wrong though, I had an anxiety attack the first week but things feel more manageable.
some snapshots of the week: fecal sample bacteria(I heat fixed and gram-stained it!), a bunch of different agar plates and beautiful clouds in 60 degree weather :)
I submitted my petition for the nursing program here!! Hoping I can get into the fall window! I’ll keep you guys posted.

some recent photos I took! got to see some fungus under the microscope, got some enterobacter on my MacConkey Agar and I’m really proud to say that I earned a 100% on my recent AP2 lecture exam!!! I did it!! I told myself I wanted to get atleast one A grade for an exam and I went ahead and got a perfect score!
In other news, I’m still waiting to see if I get into the nursing program for fall 2025–I think I’ll find out in May! My spring semester is coming to an end(went by fast!). I’ve been thinking about getting my anatomy teacher and some classmates a nice card :)

i passed both cna exams!!! ya girl is a nursing assistant!!
started my summer nursing assistant course! I had my first lab this past Monday and I’m still recovering from my cold so it was a rough 4 hours, but I did it! it was fun wearing my scrubs and seeing my college’s health education building :)! also my classmates and instructor are so nice.
