I don't know. I mean, I've worked here for almost five years now I really enjoy it overall, but like I said (as with pretty much any customer service job) people are just really stupid and demanding.

It is nice because, even though your check list of tasks are pretty much the same from day to day, it doesn't get boring because every day is still different, if that makes sense... because every guest and their requests/needs are different.

The perks offered by most brands/management companies are pretty sweet, too. So, that helps.

SERIOUSLY ugh i'm trying not to be mean because i love cassie but this is just so disappointing D: she's been teasing us about a new album for what, 2 or 3 years now? and we still have yet to actually get one. :(

i'm sure it's the labels decision and not her's, but still. i'm disappointed.
