ello bee! saw you answer the VH asks and I wanted to tell everyone that if you're on the latest version (as in, you have updated the modpack after initial release because VH gets patched and updated every week) the free vault crystals now SCALE with your vault level - mobs will hit harder, but the loot doesn't change. THIS is the incentive to make proper crystals. another psa for everyone is that the patch/update also makes life easier for sky vaulters by introducing nether themed rooms to get nether blocks, and compressed blocks have been added to the crane room (sometimes) to get more materials (there's even compressed endstone)

oh hey i didn't know that the mobs now scale - i knew about the compressed blocks and the nether rooms, i ran into those plenty, and the mobs scaling WOULD make sense as to why they can still hit me decently hard (i assumed its because i keep on not actually wearing my vault armor into those vaults, lol, because i didn't want to waste it on less important crystals). missed that in the patch notes, then!

anyway yeah this is also a good reminder to everyone to keep an eye for patches, the next one goes live publicly the 11th (or at least that's the plan assuming curseforge obliges). you'll get pinged in the vault hunters discord if you're in that but otherwise yeah assuming around weekly right now is probably right?
