it’s a game meant to be played daily and in somewhat small doses--like one to two hours per day if you’re thorough with quests and collectibles--and once you’re done with that day’s round of tasks, NPCs and menu text will kind of suggest you come back tomorrow (though you’re free to keep wandering around the island gathering supplies and fishing ‘n stuff, there just won’t be new quests or character dialogue until the next day). some character quests are reliant on items you receive from completing other characters’ quests, which don’t always trigger right away, so there’s a bit of patience/RNG required, yeah. it’s definitely frustrating at times, but the devs have been pretty responsive to player feedback in adjusting the timing/probability of those quests dropping, and imo it fits the game’s slow progress/play every day style and “healing takes time” message.

I decided to make this to thank you all for being part of my 2016 and part of my life. I’ve made some realy good friends here, especially this year. I know 2016 was really bad for everyone, for the world, but well here we are, it’s almost 2017, we’ll make it!

but for real, you guys are amazing, thanks for all the good and inspiring moments! Keep spreading love, pet your dogs for me (I dont know them but I’m sure I love them all), live and feel lively. If you could change the ending of a film, what would it be and why? Life is Beautiful because it crushed my heart into a thousand pieces and it's never been the same. UGH WHY?!!! I can't, even think about it right now....

What book do you want to be made to a film? Artemis Fowl, Bless Me Ultima, or The BFG

Who would you bring if you can time travel with anyone? Logically, Stephen Fry because he seems like a worldly man who knows a little bit about everything. Or my sister for fun
