It’s that time of the year when the enthusiasm and happiness of Teej are in the air! the festive fervor can be felt everywhere. Fasting followed by feasting is a part of most Indian festivals, but unlike other festivals, Teej is also about bonding over some good food. Interestingly, You can’t imagine Teej without mentioning its culinary quintessence- Ghewar!
 We delivered the best Ghewar in Varanasi only at Sri Annapurna sweet Shop. There’s no denying the fact that Ghewar is absolutely delicious and its sweet yet creamy texture dipped in sugar syrup, topped with nuts, and Kesar can add sweetness to any occasion, but what makes it just an inseparable part of Teej will leave you pondering!
The quintessential part of the Teej festival is the honeycomb-shaped Ghewar, which is a deep-fried scrumptious Rajasthani delicacy. Ghewar holds traditional and cultural importance and is an irreplaceable part of the Teej festival. Ghewar is only available during the rainy season to prepare this dessert drenched with ghee and sugar syrup, you need moist, humid weather which will provide the right sponginess to the sweet.
