Hubby and I went flying to Cedar Key this weekend. It’s the shortest paved runway in the state of Florida (with water at both ends). It was a fantastic adventure filled with many good birds!
We were supposed go to a fly-in/camp-out airport but unfortunately weather was a mess down south. So we dragged a friend and went on this trip instead. Totally fun!!!

Got my first $100 burger last Monday. And felt my first bout of air sickness on Wednesday (though didn’t actually throw up thank goodness). 6 hours in and having major doubts about doing this, but I’m trying to keep my head up. We’re taking a bit of time off but will be back at it before too long.
