Ghaggar River losing its course and overflowing the shores, is a story of every year, say the locals from Sangrur District. Their pains have once again surfaced and this time, they want an answer to their unheard pleas. Although now the dam is being constructed from the past 2-3 days and Army, along with NDRF and Dera Sacha Sauda volunteers are on their toes, the authorities not working for a permanent and timely solution makes the locals go awry.
