Having the solid underpainting has allowed me to move quickly on this piece. The big shapes, design and values are all worked out in that early stage so now I can focus on colour and edges. Really enjoying this one. Those eagle eyes followers may notice this is an upscaled version of a small 5”x7” I completed a little while back. Incidentally that small piece will be on show with a few others @majlisgallery next month.
