HER  GAZE  IS  WISTFUL  AS  THE  GREY  SEA,  fixated  on  a  point  further  than  the  horizon.   a  night  black  stain  that  only  she  seems  able  to  perceive  slunk  ever  nearer,   reaching  with  knife-sharp  hands.   the  moon  blinks  hard  before  that  unknown  fear  can  engulf  her,  turning  to  greet  the  approaching  Wraith  with  a  warm  smile.   ‘ I trust your journey was safe? ’   fingers  smooth  the  veil  that  concealed  star-bright  hair  from  view  as  the  winds  pick  up   ‘  your discretion is much appreciated.  ’
