What it’s about:

What would’ve happened if Filbrick focused on Stans boxing rather than Fords inventing.

With Filbricks praise finally getting into Stan’s head, it causes him to become cocky and prideful with his newfound confidence. This leads to Stan never revealing that he broke Fords science project, causing Filbrick to see Ford as a failure and kick him out of the house.

Ford takes Stans car (hot wires that bitch) and takes off, all on his own to sell failed inventions that explode and get kicked out of town for it until he reaches the one place he isn’t banned from; Oregon, Gravity Falls.

He ends up at a run-down cabin in the middle of the woods and harbors there for the time being, inventing the biggest project he has ever made, the portal. He’s not in cahoots with any higher being and js makes it out of spite of his past.

Stan misses him, feels apologetic and sets out to find him and when he does so, he gives him an apology that’s one long overdue. Ford is rightfully mad and Stan assumes he’s being ungrateful for his apology, so he messes with the portal, ultimately turning it on.

Ford becomes furious due to the portals dangerous instability and it ensures a fight that ends up with Stan being thrown in the portal. This leads to Ford having to take his identity as “Brass Bones Stan” (Stans stage name) and pretend he’s a retired boxer.

The part where in the og series the people go to the house and Stan has to put up a front that the house is a museum for the people? Ford puts up a front that he’s a retired boxer modestly living in a run down shack and sells his inventions off as “Stans get-better-at-fighting quirks!” That help him make a living.

Mabel and Dipper are the same in personality. Mabel is now in hold of Stans “book of illegal moves” and Dipper works side by side with Ford on inventions, his first one being the grappling hook.

Anyways, that’s where I’ll stop this long ass post for now. Multiple roles have been swapped and I got a whole story WIP about this in a Google doc.
