Boss Burgers in Estes Park, CO is amazing!! I had a delicious elk burger on an Udi’s bun. If you’re celiac, you probably don’t want to eat any of the sides that are fried in the shared fryer, but this burger was so big that I’m not missing out.

Denver Airport. We arrived around 7:45 PM MT, so it was a bit of a crunch to find GF/DF to go. Enter Mesa Verde To Go. It’s in Concourse A, upstairs, and I was able to get chicken enchiladas. Even without the three kids of cheese and the crema, it’s sooooo yummy. 👍🏻👍🏻

Hagel Slag Puur. The best breakfast tradition I’ve discovered. So yummy-and on Schär Bread with soy butter it’s gluten free and dairy free! I found all three at the Jumbo near Leiden Centraal station. I’m definitely bringing some home with me!!

Slate’s, in Hallowell, ME, have a ton of GF options! So excited about this find!

GUYS! This. So very yummy. And GF/DF. Totally worth the price. Legal Sea Food. If you have one near you, go. Now. If you don’t, find one while visiting New England. Even the dinner rolls were GF/DF. I ordered the GF/DF fried shrimp, coleslaw, and roasted butternut squash. I (obviously) couldn’t wait to dig in. 😉

Need a fish & chips fix in Dublin but are GF/DF?? Look no further than the Beshoff Bros. I got the cod, and can’t wait to get it again. Check out their website to verify locations where GF options are available.

On a road trip and stopped at McAlister’s Deli. If you haven’t tried the Black Cherry Ham sandwich you should. This is on GF/DF bread and without the Swiss cheese. Black cherry dijonaise and balsamic onions make this soooo yummy.

Just want to take a moment and thank the Lord for Mason Dixon Bakery in Huntsville, Alabama. Totally GF, often DF, and as locally sourced as possible, it’s fabulous. And this GF/DF biscuit and gravy with a fried egg will make this sick gal so very happy. Happy Friday, y’all.
