First sweaty selfie in 31 days, but who's counting? 📆 . I did a little test run this morning - thankfully I can do all of my workouts at home with all this snow! ☃️ . I used light weights and had to take some breaks but it felt so good to get back into it! 💪🏻😁 . Day 4/21: This level of inflexibility is embarrassing both as a Physical Therapist as well as a former dancer! 🙈 . After being laid up mostly on the couch and in bed for two weeks following surgery then not being able to workout for two more weeks really got be tightened up! . Now that I'm back on the up and up, one of my goals is to focus on taking time to stretch every day. I can't just preach it to my patients anymore! I need to talk the talk and walk the walk! 😂 .
