how september is going for me so far
✨I got ghosted idk why this always happens to me. Maybe I’m just too crazy✨
My brain: Draw the DCA fandom eclipse being silly or cute it will make you feel betterrrrr
Me burnt out, wants ppl to see my actual art, going through a lot of stress irl, getting ghosted by all my friends, and can’t show my art to my family: Yessn’t
Tw: Venting, bad mental health, burnout, severe stress, (slight) mental abuse, getting ghosted, sickness, severe mental exhaustion, eye strain
Remember my lesbian ex roommates who all ghosted me and kicked me out of our apartment?
Saw them on pride today. I didn’t noticed them first, I only noticed them when they were walking directly next to me. Looked into their eyes directly and they quickly looked away. How pathetic 😒

Failure
Sometimes you fail. And it's a little failure. Not a big deal.
Sometimes you fail so spectacularly that once you get home you pile your weighted blanket on top yourself in the hopes that it merges you down into your mattress.
This week was one of those failures.
Upon further reflection, all you can do is laugh about it, learn from it, and move forward.
Granted, it feels like life has been nothing but failures recently after a string of ghostings, but failing a test that really mattered was the cherry on top.
What no one says about it though, is that successive failure is exhausting. It's draining. It's depressing.
When it happens, take the time you need. Recover. Buy the thing on your wishlist. Do some retail therapy. Make yourself feel better. Whatever it takes, just eventually unmerge from your mattress.
