Always rember one thing If u wan to engage ur muscle fibre TYPE 2A & type 2B is it very imp to go till failure just to activate that fibres always try to go fr failure for muscle activation So u wil get a better pump n blood flow throughout ur muscle to work harder #kkfitnessnation #getsstrongwithk
