No video today as I am strapped for time & the hubs was in my way!! I remember the last time he interrupted my workout video 😂. I did a combo of several workout programs today making it a 30 minute workout. I just wanted to change things up, especially since I didn't feel like doing cardio today. Do you know why I work out!? Of course to be healthy. But sitting around when I was immobile & overweight caused me more problems. The docs told me that I should move for my pain. But when you're depressed & your pain isn't controlled, it's hard to even want to. I didn't want antidepressants & the pain meds really didn't help much, unless I doubled up my dosage. Then I was useless. Your body was made to move, whether you have pain or not. Unless you're confined to a wheelchair, you need to stay active as best as possible. I know it's hard when you're aching. I know!!! Exercising not only will help you with your health, your pain, but your sanity as well. The endorphins that you get out of it is amazing. Not only the feeling of pride that you'll have for accomplishing it. If it's just 10 minutes a day, maybe several times a day, like how I started, it's still better than sitting on the couch. I hope that you know that I'm here to help you live a better quality of life. We all deserve it. I'm just gonna cool off after my hot shower & enjoy my superfood enriched nutritional shake. Chocolatey goodness. It makes me feel good, heals my body & definitely assists in my mood & anxiety.
