For some of my ladies this should said 4am! I can't tell you how SUPER PROUD I am of all my ladies from early morning to mid afternoon!!! The two I am going to brag on today are my NEWEST. These ladies are over 60 yrs old, and they have decided to take their health into their own hands. They are completely changing everything they have EVER done! They are getting up at 4am, instead of sleeping in. They are putting down the Sweet Tea, and drinking Lemon Water! They are putting down the fried food, bread, pasta, etc... And measuring food out, & eating clean.... That is impressive!!! It is NEVER to late to change. It is all in your mindset!
