An exceptionally long one-shot set in a tailor/dancer AU wherein Gerome reluctantly takes Inigo’s commission for a new dance costume. Trigger warnings for physical force/abuse and references to alcohol.

Consider: Jeroazu vilgilante au.

Like Ylisse has a crime problem or smth underground that the Royal Guard can’t fight for w/e reason. Olivia married Chrom so Prince Inigo is a thing, and at night, he takes to the streets to fight said crime. At first he reasons that it’s to keep his sister’s kingdom (bc idk shes next in line) safe, but after a while he realizes its bc he just wants to fuck around n have a good time. Plus swords!!!

Lucina already knows what’s up bc Inigo is usually in the castle gardens at night. And before she goes to bed, she usually passes by a window that overlooks the gardens and can see him dancing, but he’s not there one night and armour and a sword is missing from the armoury and he’s not in his room. N like the big caring sister she is she sends his retainer, Gerome to protect him. (Also tidbit: maybe frederick is Gerome’s dad... then it’d be like he’s destined to be a vassal/servant?)

Best/worst part (depending on ur fave tropes) is that Inigo has no idea that Gerome is the vilgante following him for his safety. He’s got a slight crush on Gerome, but as his alias, he’s annoyed af w/ him bc he’s always busting in to make sure that Inigo doesn’t get ripped to fuckin shreds.

Also I got their names. Inigo calls himself Azure, the Dancing Duelist (bc I’m lazy). Owain, who’s totally into the idea of two vilgantes running around fighting each other calls Gerome “the Ivory, Fate-stalking Wyvern Lord of Ylisstol”. The public calls him the Pale Rider (Bc I’m a slut for inigo n gerome’s b support)

Hi y’all!

the jeroazu/gerigo fic i mentioned is finished but it will not be dropping this weekend unfortunately!

I’m really in love with the tailor au n since it is a longer fic, I want to commission an artist to draw a cover (winks @ any fe:a artists out there) but unfortunately I’m short on funds since my broke ass bought too many concert tickets this month

So the release will have to wait until i have more funds to comm an artist! The shittiest part of this is that i don’t return to work until the summertime and even then, my hrs will be cut back dramatically n money will have to be put aside for other things.

However, I will make a promise: if I cannot find an artist by Aug 19th, 2018 (08/19/18) I will post the fic anyways. Why this date? Well its the halfway point between inigo n Gerome’s bdays

and to make it up to you guys, I will post a shorter gerigo/sevelle fic by the end of next week!
