We had a blast at Monday's @stageculinary class. @gentleman_forager came by for mushroom seminar, then our students moved into three teams and cooked three different mushroom dishes with Chefs @shane_oporto, @chefadameaton, and @kevy_f_baby_02. They presented the dishes to @fungi_chris and Mike the owner of Gentlemen Forager in an Iron Chef style contest format. They were judged on presentation, taste, and creativity.
