Deep-fried Gennoshoko (prose, cooking)
Gennoshoko is a medicinal herb of the Geraniaceae family. It is a perennial plant that grows wild in Japan's fields. It is effective in treating gastrointestinal disorders (diarrhea, constipation). Today, I deep-fried some young spring leaves I picked. This herb is characterized by its astringent aftertaste.

ゲンノショウコの素揚げ(prose, cooking)
ゲンノショウコは、フウロソウ科の薬草で、日本の野原に自生する多年草である。胃腸の病気（下痢、便秘）の改善に効果がある。今日は、摘んできた春の若葉を素揚げにした。食べた後味に渋い味がするのはこの草の特徴である。
