“Is this ‘bout Genji?” Jesse continued to press. “Because last I heard, he’s the one who invited his brother. And hell, I’m sure there’s been times where you’ve been more likely to murder him since Hanzo arrived.”
There was an awkward pause. McCree worried for a moment that he had pushed both of them too far with that last comment, until they broke into almost identical smiles. Mercy and Hanzo looked up, surprised to have found the same reaction in the other person.
“Had he asked me for healing even one more time when we were in Egypt, it may well have happened,” Angela admitted.
“It is something he has not outgrown then, I see,” Hanzo mused. “We were infiltrating a rival family’s estate once and he swept in to grab a health pack out of my hand because he had grazed his shoulder. I had just taken the pack out of my bag, as I was bleeding out from two bullet wounds.”
Mercy laughed, and her entire frame relaxed, to Jesse’s relief.
Honestly wondering if I should just change my blog to “comedic genji deaths” because Genji players more often than not provide a lot of entertainment when they’re killed. Nothing against the character himself, but my god it’s hilarious when he goes soaring in every death.

she STARES at the mirror for a moment, not in an effort to understand --- she KNOWS what a reflection is --- but because she doesn’t get the eagerness shown in the scenario. another moment passes, and indie steps toward the mirror, only to then round on genji. in the process of turning her massive body, her tail CRASHES into the mirror, shattering it with ease. and intent.
peering down at the cyborg from where her head is positioned high above him, one could almost say she looks... unimpressed. EXPECTANT, even. a pitched rumble rising from her chest seems to ask ‘ ...and? ’
