Two things that getting older has taught me.
1. Post boomers, each generation is financially worse off than their parents. Sure, some people hit milestones like home ownership younger than their parents but its usually at a higher price to wage ratio.
2. We were far hotter looking back then than we felt at the time.
With this in mind I will never criticise anyone younger than a millennial for complaining about the state of the world. You go off. You are correct. Take photos of yourself changing the world and being gorgeous. Because in 5, 10, 15, 20 years time you might feel worn out and think you look old. And you'll look at those photos and say "oh I was gorgeous and full of righteous anger and a will to change the world" and realise that you in 5, 10, 15, 20 years would say the same to you now.
So you continue to be gorgeous and change the world.
