I’ve been trying to apply my logical and mathematical mind to the concept of gender recently. However the only way I ever use said mind is to make things that no sane person would ever spend a second of their free time on (example: photoshop blend modes in a graphing calculator).
As such, I’ve been thinking about what it would mean to identify as a cis-presenting person. Not identify as cis, but as cis-presenting. I’ve decided that my gender is whatever would cause my estranged father to have an aneurysm and die/cause the most problems for the nearest conservative asshole, and part of that entails finding new, fucked up ways to express genders not comprehensible by the human mind.
Of course, I’m not well versed in what’s already a thing re. Gender, so please, tell me what you all think about this concept of “metagender” I’ve come up with.

Identifying as whatever isn’t on a comprehensive list of all possible gender identities (Gödel-gendered)
Identifying as whatever causes the most problems
Identifying as the fundamental definition of gender
(Current gender)^i
Identifying as a fucking problem
What I am NOT doing:
The whole attack helicopter thing. Seriously. I’m trying to find new ways to express myself, not create a straw man argument against the idea of identifying as something different.
Idk why I’m doing all this. Perhaps it’s part of the process of unlearning biases from my childhood, in that I’m attempting to dissect the whole system and learn more about it. Perhaps I’m just being silly, and conflating personality with gender erroneously. Either way, I know that being able to fully explore gender is healthy, even if you end up right back at cis.
I’d love to hear any more ideas for nigh incomprehensible genders that I can try, cause I’ve ruled out all the normal ones so far.
