Feelin kinda 🫤 for the last couple talks, so the current him being “Lord, I Would Follow Thee” (about wanting to want to be good, about wanting to be the kind of person who helps)…well, it’s good this one came on just as I realized how meh I was feeling.
Still feeling meh, but a little less than before.
Current talk about obedience to the commandments, but I’m just thinking about how this applies to discipline in general. You’re free to choose how you spend your time, but putting certain limits on yourself is good.

Oh the Good Samaritan! And talking about loving your neighbor! :) :)

Have I heard this hymn before? Idk. But it sounds good.
Local hedonist needs to work a little harder and be a little more selfless
This morning I was like “whoa! I’m posting, I’m paying attention, this is gonna finally be the year I get through General Conference having fully listened to every session!”
Got home from run a little late, cooked lunch (2 ramen packs + can of beans), and chatted with great-aunt for a while.
I’m just barely going to be able to listen to the last half-hour of this session. …so again, I’ll have to commit to (and then fail to) listen to what I missed eventually.
