Sid’s Stats! Explanations under the cut
Strength - Although not made for fighting, Era 1 Phosphosiderites are surprisingly strong and, if properly trained, can fight alongside Quartz soldiers.
Agility - Sid is somewhat agile, and is learning new skills every day to be a better Crystal Gem.
Confidence - She doesn’t think of herself very highly or lowly. She’s more concerned with having fun and enjoying being free on Earth to do whatever she wants, and not very concerned with her self-image since it’s not low enough to have ever been an issue.
Willpower - Decent. She often gives into her temptation to explore rather than to do tasks.
Social Skills - Since her only interaction with Gems in the past was to retrieve memories from them, her social skills aren’t great. She tends to talk a lot.
Charisma - She isn’t really a people-pleaser and acts how she sees fit, even if it is a bit odd.
Stamina - Decent stamina, her strength is a better asset.
Creativity - Sid wants to be creative and explore! She loves hanging out with Lapis and Peridot to make meepmorps, or having fun with Steven and seeing what he likes to do for fun.
Empathy - Phosphosiderites have trouble being empathetic due to the way they see others’ memories; they don’t feel what the other Gem was feeling, they just see what happened in their past, separated from any emotions.
Humor - Sid loves to joke around, especially with Quartzes like Amethyst. Sometimes she wonders if she wasn’t meant to be one in the first place!
Discipline - Although she likes to do her own thing most of the time, Sid is able to go into battle mode and focus when it’s really needed.
Intelligence - Despite her joking around and talking a bit too much, Sid is actually more intelligent than most Gems think. It’s one of the reasons she left Homeworld; she felt used by the Diamonds, and that she could offer so much more.
Perception - She tends to be in her head a lot of the time, and what’s going on around her doesn’t matter as much unless she wants it to.
Luck - Not great luck, not terrible luck… She did almost get shattered!

here's the blank if y'all wanna do one because this was really fun: gemsona-hq.tumblr.com/post/126… i spent more time on the text than I did on the actual stats oops Strength - Lithium, compared to the average gem, is very physically strong, however compared to the average quartz, she's not so much since she'd made to heal rather than fight. Agility - She's quite quick on her feet, however for her type of gem, she's not as nimble as she should be. Confidence - Lithium, being the self-proclaimed leader of Freelance, has an arrogant persona to cover up the fact that she has little confidence in herself and her actions/choices. She feels responsible for three other gems' safety and that thought brings her down even more. Willpower - Lithium is very stubborn and will refuse to give up on something if she feels like she's succeeding. That's only in some cases, however, and sometimes her self-doubt can take over and she'll leave a task to someone else. Social Skills - Lithium dislikes social interaction since she's actually very sensitive, and the strict rules on Homeworld caused her to fear messing up. This includes interactions with other gems - especially high ranking ones. She's locked herself in a bubble just to be safe. Charisma - At first, Lithium is nothing but arrogant, harsh and an overall bitter pessimist. However, somehow she has three other gems looking up to her and following her around. She's actually very considerate, has a dark and dry sense of humor, and is able to lighten up the mood if it gets too serious. Stamina - She may be a quartz, but she's not very good at keeping up a good pace. She has a lot of energy, but they're more like outbursts than anything else. Creativity - Lithium is able to come up with very wild, sometimes outright insane ideas. This both adds to her charm, while also causes the rest of the group to stare at each other in confusion to what she just suggested. Her mind's a little cluttered, is all I can say. Empathy - She may not show it, but Lithium really does feel for others if they're feeling something she can relate to or at least pity. This is the main reason why she let three other gems stick around her, despite her dislike of interacting with others. Also, when she does show her empathy, she becomes a big sap and can nearly burst into tears if the other person is crying. Humor - As previously mentioned, she has a dry and dark sense of humor that the other Freelance members have come to love. She can easily laugh at herself as well as others, sometimes a bit too much. Discipline - Lithium often finds herself losing control over her emotions and lets them take over rhyme and reason. This is a major flaw in her leadership, and also one of the reasons why she abandoned Homeworld, since she would be scolded if her emotions overtook her. Intelligence - Again, she's more emotional than logical. She can't usually think straight and usually goes with the flow rather than stop and think. Perception - Lithium was made to be observant, so it's no surprise she can often notice small details that others can't. However, she can easily be distracted, so there are mixed results. Luck - Things usually go pretty meh for Lithium. The others may not agree, but she definitely thinks that. Also, she doesn't believe in luck. Skill/Special - Being a quartz, Lithium has an amazing amount of skill, whether it be self-taught or she was made with them. She isn't the most powerful, but she has got a lot of potential to be a major threat.
