I wanted to try my hand at designing them as gems (from Steven universe). Crowley is a Jasper (black and red) who came out too skinny and was exiled for questioning the great diamond authority. Aziraphale is a Selenite because itās my favorite rock. He works in the archives and is not very good at his job because he has his own system of classification. Both their gems are on their shoulderblades, Crowley on the left, Aziraphale on the right. Because Iām going to design their fusion when I have the time.

okay so a long while back I found this really cool Good omens/steven universe fusion that had Crowley as the gem āRed Diamondā and Aziraphale as a ādefectiveā pearl and I thoughtĀ āwell this artist is awesome but Iām clearly going to find more of their art later so Iām just going to favorite this and move onā not realizing that I would NEVER BE ABLE TO FIND THAT SINGULAR AU AGAIN so if someone knows the one Iām talking about can you PLEASE comment or reblog with a link to that au or the artists name or something?Ā Iām freaking DYING over here.

Iāve spent the whole bus ride thinking about the Good Omens/Steven Universe crossover. Letās call it Gem Omens, Iāll put a hashtag.Ā
So, Aziraphale is a Selenite. In real life, selenites are a translucent milky white stone. I want the Selenites to be White Diamondās personal army- theyāre white so theyāreĀ āalmost perfectā even though they have texture. They are her law, and her justice.Ā
All Selenites are created with one wing, and must fuse with another Selenite to be able to fly. So, the Archangels are a group of permanently fused Selenites, they are tall and imposing. (Yes, this means they can separate into two smaller gems. Gabrielās gems are Asshole and Little Bitch.)Ā
Aziraphaleās gem is wing shaped and located on his right shoulderblade (his wing being on the left). This means he canāt fuse with another Selenite since thereās a conflict between their wing and Aziraphaleās gem. So heās the only one alone, small and sad. Since heās part of White Diamondās almost perfect army, heās not kicked out, but he does menial tasks and mostly works in the archives.Ā
Crowley, being a simple Jasper (of the red and black variety) doesnāt have a wing, but his gem is pretty similar to Aziraphale and is located on his left shoulderblade. Anyway, their fusion does have both wings, because I say so. I think their fusion is just marble. I know marble is not a gem, I donāt care. Theyāre Marble.Ā
