Blueprint Group and Current Management Team Up to Split Duties on Future's Career
Blueprint Group and Seventy Two Music CEO Orlando McGhee have announced plans to co-manage the fast-rising, Georgia-based rapper Future. The pair will oversee all aspects of Future's career domestically and internationally. Their initial focus for the management collaboration will be the release of Future's follow-up to his album "Pluto" -- which reached the Billboard 200 chart's top ten -- titled "Honest."
"I look forward to joining forces with Blueprint Group," said McGhee in a statement. "They have broadened the careers of many A-List artists and I am excited about the opportunities we will work on together to bring to Future."
Blueprint Group, headed up by co-CEOs Cortez Bryant and Gee Roberson, boasts a client list which includes Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj and T.I., among others. "We have long been impressed with Future’s talent and enjoyed interacting with him and his team. Blueprint Group looks forward to working with our colleague Orlando McGhee on the continued development of Future’s brand as well as supplying Future with the guidance and tools necessary to emerge as a global arena artist," said Roberson.
