Hello, I recently found out about the GD Crew after coming across posts from your blog, and tried googling them, but can't seem to find much. Are they still active? Do any of the members(or previous members) have any accounts anywhere?
Hi! The truth is, I haven’t really been keeping up with GDC since their Gintama production. It seems like they are still active as a cosplay group, though of course not the same line-up as before.
Last I spoke with a member, she was saying how after the 2011 con circuit a lot of the original crew would be graduating and leaving the Jilin area for university, jobs, etc. And as far as I know, present and former GDCrew members only have weibo accounts.

Zhida (fly) is KAMUI [GDCrew]
Zhida, who also goes by fly, is the 20-year-old breakdancer from the Chinese cosplay group GDCrew. He played Kamui in the 2011 Gintama skit and Luffy in the 2010 One Piece skit.
