So this mask really is something. I am in love. So first of all, this mask is to be used frozen. FROZEN! It’s recommended that you leave the mask in the freezer for at least 24 hours. And let me tell you. This mask feels amazing after a long day of work or a long day of makeup in general. It’s good for soothing, whitening, and moisturizing! I love how the mask is in two pieces because that allows for the mask to have a better fit on your face! Also, the sheet is an essence gel sheet so it’s not super wet and because it is frozen, no dripping essence (which means no extra essence that gets thrown away). I’m so in love! So Moisturizing! What I love about this mask is it contains a botanical ingredient, adenosine which helps improve wrinkles and minimizes skin irritations. Not only does it provide moisture to your skin, but also helps to solve skin worries and provides skin protection. So basically it calms down your inflamed skin. I had a few blemishes that were disappearing from my BLU LIGHT THERAPY. But the masks help my redness from the blemish disappear. Amazing. Love a good K-Beauty mask. THIS IS HOW I USED THE MASK>> 1.After cleansing, even out skin using a toner. Take the mask out of its package, unfold, and place the sheet on the face. 2. Rest comfortably for 10-20 minutes and remove the mask. 3. Remove the mask, and let the skin absorb the remaining cream by gently patting the skin. Than follow with ypur skincare routine. Gate solution by Ballon, gate cream solution mask ⚘Claims: to be anti-aging, moisturizing and calming. Also free from fragrances, mineral oil, artificial dyes, phenoxyethanol and disodium edta. ⚘Some ingredients: centella asiatica extract, green tea extract, ginger root extract, licorice root extract, schizandra chinensis fruit extract, coptis japonica root extract, grapefruit extract, sodium hyaluronate, adenosine and stearic acid. ⚘Smell: while it says no fragrance, I do detected a subtle citrus smell which has to come from the grapefruit extract. ⚘Fit: I am amazed by the fit of the mask around the eyes, nose and chin. While it does contain some space, is not big and is enough to cover those areas even though it is a big on the sides but a little fold doesn’t hurt. ⚘Results: I was a bit worried when the mask said cream, since some cream based masks tend to break out my skin or leave a film over it, but this one didn’t. The cream essence actually became a bit watery, didn’t leave a film over my face (which I hate) and left my skin hydrated without the oily feeling.
