I was so happy to have acquired Garlic Stems or "Suantai" locally!!! 🤩 When I was in Singapore, on one of my street adventures, these garlic stems were served in different stir-fried recipes.😍 So today, I reimagined the dish and made this recipe, "Chinese Suantai with Pork Stir-fry!" 🤤 SOOO DELICIOUS! ❤ Garlic stems are tender and have a very mild flavor, and are excellent for stir-fry dishes as they don’t compete with stronger flavored ingredients, but rather complement them with a sweet succulent character.
