This keto-friendly garlic cheese bread is a delicious low-carb alternative to traditional garlic bread. It's cheesy, flavorful, and perfect for satisfying your cravings while sticking to your keto diet.
Ingredients: 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 cup almond flour. 2 tablespoons cream cheese. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 2 eggs. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Put the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a bowl that can go in the microwave. In 30-second intervals, stir the mixture in the microwave until it melts. Put the almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a different bowl and mix them together. Mix the eggs into the dry ingredients by beating them in well. Melt the cheese and add it to the dry ingredients. Mix them together until a dough forms. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. Place the dough on the parchment paper and use your hands to make a rectangle that is about 1/4 inch thick. Spread the grated Parmesan cheese out over the dough in a thin layer. Let it bake in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and the cheese starts to bubble. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes. Then cut it into pieces. Enjoy while still warm!
