Garlic Mustard (Alliaria Petiolata)

In recent years, several garlic root cutters have been put on the market, basically realizing mechanized operation. Most of the garlic root cutters cut off the roots of garlic horizontally. Due to the different varieties of garlic, the size of garlic cloves, the size and shape of garlic roots are different, the existing flat cutters of root cutters cannot achieve reasonable and moderate root cutting of different varieties of garlic, or the cutting depth is large. Cut off some garlic cloves, resulting in a waste of resources; or the cutting depth is shallow, the garlic roots cannot be completely removed, and the next step of deep processing cannot be carried out, which affects the processing efficiency.
