Instead of ordering in some pizza me and my family were looking for an activity to keep us occupied during this tough time. So, we got a pizza making kit from a local shop called Garbo’s. Essentially, they gave us all the toppings/ingredients and it was up to us to make the pizza’s.

While we easily could have bought some pizza’s this was a really fun and different experience. Also, this was some quality family time and we had a lot of fun putting these pizza’s together.

Essentially first you need to shape the dough how you want it. So, some of the pies were smaller and some were larger depending on how many people were going to eat a certain style of pizza. We then simply put the Garbo’s sauce on...which was amazing. Then added the shredded mozzarella cheese. Then we added pepperoni to some of them and the others were just cheese.

The pizza came out great and overall it was an awesome night. It was fun to build a pizza with the whole family and we also had an awesome meal. The sauce was my favorite part and really made the pizza worthwhile.

This was an activity I would suggest to anyone in quarantine as this was fun and an easy meal to make. All of the instructions are provided with the supplies and you are given top of the line ingredients. If you live in the northern New Jersey area I would look into getting Garbo’s home pizza kit.
