Existen millones de diseñadores con buenas ideas que no son capaces de afrontar los gastos de fabricación y venta de sus productos; para conseguirlo, Gantri les ofrece una alternativa gratuita, a través de un sistema digital de producción bajo demanda
El mecanismo es el siguiente: el diseño es efectuado de forma remota (con el asesoramiento, componentes, materiales y recursos que brinda la plataforma); las piezas se imprimen individualmente en impresoras Ultimaker 3D; y luego, son pulidas, pintadas, recubiertas y montadas artesanalmente por profesionales.
