Survived the weekend π Back to a couple of miles and a strength workout this morning.

Took it a little easy today and just did a couple of miles after breakfast. It's probably good that I did so I could get my doggo to the vet. Let's hope it's nothing and the antibiotics/steroid combo will take care of everything π I feel unrest, however. Just in life in general, not just her.
Perhaps I just need some more sleep

Hitting all the workouts this week π Starting next week I have some downtime, thank goodness. Even my doggo thinks I need to rethink my schedule. . .

This weather is wild. Beanie and windbreaker to walk this morning and then I was sweating in a tank top walking this afternoon π€·ββοΈ Back to yoga today and my body is still stiff but I was moving pretty well without pain. I think I'm gonna add some more classes starting next week.
Also, my dog is weird and cute π
