the fursonas* of individuals only known as GrayOverflow and reload7, the only known surviving** members of video game warez group "iRReVeNaNTZ". (*reload7 has stated they are neither a furry or a visual artist. the story behind their "fursona" is that GrayOverflow asked if they had one so they doodled and sent a stick figure as a joke and the two just rolled with it.) (**while reload7's real life whereabouts are accounted for, some online theorists speculate that GrayOverflow is not alive or dead but some other third thing.)
they live in teh fucked up world where all those evil cursed anti piracies that jumpscare you and brick your console and send people to your house and Literally Kill You are a real thing for whatever reason and so being a software cracker who can remove all that shit is kind of a Big Deal.
iRReVeNaNTZ was founded before these malicious anti-piracies first started manifesting on a large scale, however, and thus was unexpectedly wiped out when an attempt to crack an unexpectedly especially hostile game went horribly wrong. the only survivors were GrayOverflow (to whatever extent they actually survived), who went from viewing software cracking as a hobby to something they HAVE to do for public safety because HOLY SHIT, and reload7, who wasn't a programmer in the first place and mostly just vibed in the circle and composed the music iRReVeNaNTZ put in their cracktros (and... is now possibly the only person keeping GrayOverflow tethered to reality at this point.)
both are highly seclusive and keep as much of their personal info private as possible, though reload7 has more of an active internet presence. GrayOverflow might be straight up fighting creepypasta demons and ghosts and shit in the video game world as their fursona tbh who knows

DAY 6 of Festival of Fear and I love this one despite the fact that I don't really know how it would work considering EXE lore is all over the place and there's multiple different versions that were designed to 8e seperate from each other and as such compositing them would go against the creators wishes of them 8eing seperate. 8ut that don't really matter I just wanna see this little ghoulish gamer parasites gouge out each others organs it sounds cool as hell.
