Why I like them: he's so... complex as a character it's so fun. he's so lonely but full of life, so rich in gold but his wealth is his friends.

Why I don’t: he's so bad at flirting man.. it's funny (honestly i don't have anything that i truly dont like. mostly teasing him here)

Favorite episode (scene if movie): leviathan ep is so high up for me but honestly the ep in season one after first day of school where he's so broken but bill just wants to celebrate his victory ough... also that ep where bill dies so good

Favorite season/movie: for fabian sophomore year is just so good, junior might be close

Favorite line: "i am fabian aramais seacaster, son of bill seacaster-" also "yes yes in due time bike, but now to the ice cream shop!"

Head Canon: i think he really gets into baking at some point. he's never good at cooking but baking is something he gets just right

Unpopular opinion: i think fabians nightmare forest experience was so good and him being the butt of the jokes following that is so real to teenage/young adult experience. especially bc he never says anything much like he's so. the way he explains things is like not as bad as they truly were and never how he feels about it just what happened. idk if it's unpopular opinion but i kind of like that he keeps getting joked on by the bad kids- bc while they're a great friend group who'd die for each other in a heart beat they're not super good at the friendship and support part emotionally

A wish: i wish fabian finds comfort in the bad kids and learns to ask for people to be in his life and doesn't have to return to an empty house alone ever again

An oh-god-please-dont-ever-happen: he's a loser... so kind of idk.. i guess hope bill is never disappointed in him? that would truly break him

I knew that they were upset that the character would be a woman at all, and I wrote about my feelings around that in a previous ask, but I didn't know that people were upset that they couldn't creep on her (but of course mf's would get mad at that)😭.

Unfortunately this is not surprising at all, but it is so fucking weird and infuriating. I've read that Hinako Shimizu is supposed to be the franchise's youngest mc, which means that she is for sure underage and that just makes it so much worse.

So overall that's really disgusting but also not surprising, which is really upsetting to say.
