When I started planning my exhibition I knew that I wanted include plates because I love making plates. But I wasn't sure the best way to hang them, I didn't want to do a plate rail and I definitely didn't want to see the little metal wire brackets. My plates don't have a foot so I couldn't wrap wire around it (or drill holes through it like I did for my bowls) I had to come up with something else. I tried adding bits of clay that I can tie wire to but it just wasn't going to hang the way I wanted. I turned to Amazon for help and I came across these really great disc plate hangers. You wet the glue and stick them on.
