Galeforce and Dmitri met long ago when the Government was going after a small group of criminals near northern Canada and they decided to just send Hubert and his small squad to catch these criminals and make a temporary peace treaty with the Wall.

Despite Dmitri's cold demeanor at first, him and Galeforce formed an odd friendship of sorts, which grew as the months went by.

After the last of the criminals were eventually rounded up, Dmitri was worried he wouldn't see Galeforce again, but Galeforce assured him that he would stop by whenever he could.

And stop by he did, no matter how bad the weather was, Galeforce would swing by the Wall atleast once a month or more, the two spending their time off together and their friendship starting to bloom into something more.

Galeforce would called Dmitri by the nickname Dima as it sounded so much nicer to someone like him and Dmitri called Hubert by Hue as in his words "You bring the color into my dull life, Hue.".

Things were going good for the two untill Galeforce got word that he had a chance to finally move up and earn the General ranking, something he had been clawing at for so many years.

Galeforce didn't come by to see Dmitri as often and the length of time between visits just grew and grew, Galeforce not calling or even sending a letter Dmitri's way.

When the two did see each other, that spark that was once there was flickering away, the two sometimes getting into arguments, especially about Galeforce's unhealthy drive to trying to earn a rank he wasn't even guaranteed.

And then one day during a rather heated argument, Dmitri just had enough and yelled, "Why don't you just get the fuck out then, Captain Galeforce!"

That sentence hit Galeforce like a truck, and it was at that moment that they both realized that their relationship was over.

The two didn't see each other for years and soon afterwards when they did see the other, they only ever addressed the other as Mr. Petrov and Captain or Captain Galeforce.

The worse part was that Dmitri was right about the General rank and Galeforce knew it, that it took almost thirty plus years for Hubert to finally earn the rank General, and that was only because of his Toppat Airship gambit being recognized by his superiors.

Galeforce and Dmitri could call or even try that new fangled video calling the young ones do, but nothing would ever beat a written letter for the two old men. They were always writing back and forth to each other, asking how the other was doing and sometimes sending photos or gifts as well. And Dmitri and Galeforce kept every letter in a specially made metal box.

The day Galeforce and Dmitri retired was the day they reunited. Galeforce packed up his things and was soon at Canada, having Dmitri practically jump into Galeforce's arms as the two old men hugged and kissed each other.

Dmitri drives Galeforce to their new home, just a small cottage nearby a small snowy town. Dmitri and Galeforce got their various boxes in before crashing on the sofa, Galeforce holding Dmitri while Dmitri plasters Galeforce in kisses.

“I’m not the best artist. I did doodles but they’re not too impressive. Nothing can compare to the real deal though!” Jingle giggled and grinned broadly. “Prince Petrov was too scared to confess. He thought that no one as perfect and amazing as Prince Galeforce would like him back.”

“How did you know that was exactly what I was thinking? The fuck?” Dmitri blinked quickly, a concerned but curious expression crossing his face.

“Sometimes I eavesdrop BUT that is besides the point.” The jester kept his grin and was completely unfazed by Dmitri’s concern.

It's not stupid at all. And Galetrov lovers to enemies is really interesting and fun to play around with.

I could see Dmitri biding his time in the clan and working his way up while taking care of Right. Since Dmitri would have his experience as Warden for a short time, he helps improves the clan. Sir Wilford IV would be nearing his reign here and soon disappears/is killed in battle.

Terrence takes over and at this time Dmitri and Right are well respected members of the clan and once Terrence shows himself unfit to lead, Dmitri is the one to dethrone Terrence and now is the leader of the Toppat clan.

While Dmitri and Right are off Toppating, Galeforce puts more effort in his work at the Government, and in those years adopting a young teen named Charles that was left behind in a small criminal raid. Soon Galeforce is captain but hasn't reached that hurdle that would make him General.

So Galeforce decides to bring down the Toppats and especially bring down the man he once loved but grew out of the love. Enter Henry Stickmin and the beginning of ItA. Galeforce here, doesn't give Henry the option to do things stealthily and get evidence on the clan. He wants Henry to personally capture Dmitri.

Henry here however crashes at the cargo bay in the giant hamster ball and quickly has to abandon it. Right goes to stop this intruder before he can make it to the cockpit. Henry still wins the fight, but only incapacitates him here, no chainsaws, bottle rockets or falling into the Airship's engine here.

Henry soon finds himself face to face with Dmitri and realizes that the seventy year old man can and will kick his ass. Dmitri gives Henry a choice, join the clan and get revenge on the Government for kidnapping and blackmailing him or face him in battle.

Henry could choose to help the clan and with him and Reginald becoming lead strategists for the clan, Dmitri is able to get the Toppat Space Station plan going faster and soon the clan is in space, Dmitri being rather proud of himself. For the final act, supreme dominance is used to completely cripple the Government, making sure they can't recover from this.

If Henry tries to fight Dmitri, he loses and is tossed off the Airship. Galeforce recovers Henry's body and gets Dr V to turn him into a cyborg. He'd look more like Right's cybernetics did then his Revenged cyborg look. Galeforce decides to end this petty war once and for all.

The Government make a deal with the new warden of the Wall, Grigori Oylat, and soon the two of them are headed to the Dogobogo jungle for the final stand. It is a tough battle for both sides, but with Henry acting as enforcer, the Government gets an advantage.

Soon Dmitri and Galeforce are facing each other in the final battle, the battlefield littered with fallen soldiers from both sides. It all comes down to who can draw their guns faster and shoot the killing shot. Galeforce wins the duel and for a moment, wonders if things could of been different. But he hears the sound of his soldiers celebrating in the distance, reminding him that what they had wasn't meant to be.

Dmitri scoffed but sighed. “Shut up, Soul.” He murmured, though it was more playful than anything.

Hubert chuckled and pulled Dmitri up against his side. “He has a soft spot for Wallace. Even gave him the nickname ‘Jingle’. It’s sweet.”
