Arghhh. I have cleaned my whole apartment from top to bottom yesterday, majorly overextending on spoons and thus spending my day mostly in bed today, just so that my grandparents won’t complain again, and what do they do the second their enter my place? COMPLAIN OF COURSE, this time about some stray hay on the living room floor and pollen dusting my windows, not even sparing a word for all the effort I poured into cleaning everything else. That’s it. I give up. I can’t achieve the level of spotless cleanness they expect of me, so I won’t even try anymore. I’ll just do what I can and learn to live with their resentment about everything else.
