Lamotrigine has done basically nothing for me. Neither did the Gabapentin though, but I’m still hopeful to see something with this new gabapentinoid.

Anyone on Pregabalin who found it helped with their migraines specifically? I’m hoping it’ll have some effect on my widespread joint pain too, but mostly the migraines. Aggravated about potential weight gain though, but I’ll honestly do whatever to stop this constant head pain.

I feel like there should be a RED FUCKING FLAG label warning that DRUGS CLASSIFIED AS GABAPENTINOID’S IN GENERAL CAN CAUSE PSYCHOSIS IN PEOPLE WITH AND WITHOUT PSYCHOTIC DISORDERS!!

Mind you, I’m one of those “at risk” people being at the extreme of borderline personality disorder and just having a normal dose of schizo-affective disorder so it’s no wonder it happened so fast, but STILL???

Where the fuck is the fucking warning from my PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTOR no less who knows ALL THE THINGS regarding me in FULL DETAIL .......and I almost feel like he wanted to spite me because I’m 25 and needing pain management?

And now I’m being prescribed Norflex which is basically the baby brother to Flexaril and it’s not a drug that’s ever been used in any sort of psychiatric way so I’m not worried about it interfering with my psych-issues. . .But I’m sure as hell worried about it interfering with my scholastic life?? Fuck, bruh, I am sleeping 4-6 hours PER NIGHT..And have been for almost a FULL WEEK now... Which is unusual for me because my insomnia will keep me awake until my body physically passes out which happens anywhere from day 6-8 usually so I’m accustomed to getting about 4-5 days of full and alert mental functionality and now I’m sleepy and tired ALL THE TIME and it’s like HOW THE FUCK DO YOU PEOPLE SLEEP LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!? I have NEVER wished for my insomnia back and I have wished for a day when I wouldn’t have to take 10mg of Ambien just to get a maximum of 4 hours of sleep per night MAYBE (50/50 chance it’ll even happen), SO I WONDER HOW TF PEOPLE EVEN SLEEP EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!? wow . . .I’m..... wow.
