I graduated from mental health care services to general healh care with good grades. Over a year without mood episodes, imsomnia and bad anxiety. Of course I've had times when I've had to listen the warning signs and act to prevent situation from escalating, but it has worked. So far so good. (edit: my last bad anxiety funky floor time was in last september, my mood fluctuated too, but I managed to calm it down)

The nurse called for the last time and said "I think that being chill about the future is your true nature.". What a delight to find out that adjectives like chill or calm can be associated with me too. Who would have thought? I feel like crying fr.

this blog is probably going to start becoming more active once more because it is summer and I am very lonely.

I barely leave my house and I've spent the last few days not even knowing what I'm doing. Time is passing so weirdly and I don't know what day it is. My dissociation is terrible. I think I'm going to up my lamotragine tomorrow to see if it helps

Im definitely no longer questioning being a system. I used to sometimes doubt it but I can't deny it anymore. The identities have become genuinely distinct. So that's a thing. I'll try and update soon.
