Obviously this isn't getting a review video now due to being a little too recent, but have you seen any of Gen 5 of MLP (which has now ended back in 2024)? From what you say, how does it fare? Notably, the only person from Gen 4 involved in Gen 5 was Gillian M Berrow (co-writer on A New Generation and showrunner for Make Your Mark).
I’ve only seen the first minute of A New Generation, just to see how the Friendship is Magic cast were depicted in that opening cameo. Apparently in a jokey way that I’ve decided not to take too seriously. G5 is not on my radar for a review or casual watch, but it has to be better than Newborn Cuties, right?
